Willing to learn new skills and implement new ideas
Has a desire to grow professionally and participate in ongoing training and development
Has a positive attitude
Communicates well and often with team members and guests. Able to understand others and respond appropriately
Able to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work a variety of shifts and help out where needed
Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus
